Terms and Fees
Becoming a Resident at Happy Prince
To become a resident of Happy Prince Pvt. Ltd., the applicant should be 55 years of age or above. In the case of couples, at least one partner must meet the age requirement.
Admission is subject to a basic eligibility review and a pre-admission health assessment, ensuring that we are able to provide appropriate care, comfort, and support for the resident.
Our team guides families through the entire admission process with clarity and care, making the transition smooth and stress-free.
Residency Plan & Security Deposit
Happy Prince follows a transparent residency model supported by a one-time security deposit.
This deposit helps ensure proper maintenance, safety, and uninterrupted care for all residents. In case of any emergency or major medical requirement, the deposit may be utilized as per policy and with due communication to the family.
Registration Process
Registration is completed along with the security deposit and required documentation.
For applicants within Kolkata, our representative will personally assist with documentation and formalities.
For outstation applicants, admission details, forms, rules, and agreements can be shared digitally or via email for convenience.
The security deposit may be paid by the resident or their sponsor through approved payment methods.
